When you schedule your first appointment, you will be sent an email invite to view your secure portal.
Accepting the invitation to the patient portal allows you to:
View availabilities and request appointments
Cancel and reschedule appointments if needed
View your upcoming appointments
View messages sent to your email
Send secure online messages about any questions you have
Complete electronic intake forms and other documents
Please note the Patient Portal does not allow you to access crisis services or receive an immediate response from your provider. If you are in a life threatening emergency, please call 911.
